As background, we're close to releasing support for Office 365 so that users can use appointments there to block availability, and also have appointments written to their Office 365 calendar. As well, we're making a few additional changes to TimeZest so that it will be possible to use TimeZest entirely without a PSA system like ConnectWise Manage or Autotask We also know that it's not just MSPs who need to schedule appointments - it's a need for many businesses. So we're considering - and this is a longer-term plan - adding to TimeZest those features which would make it possible for MSPs to offer and administer TimeZest to their clients. This is an additional service you could offer your customers, and it would have the tools to allow you to control this software they use, rather than what happens now - where other solutions are introduced into an organization in an ad-hoc manner. We're still thinking about how billing could work for this, but most likely it would be charging MSPs a reduced price for TimeZest users they're reselling, ensuring there is a profit margin there. Additionally, we could look at more complete billing integration with PSA systems to add charges to customers invoices automatically. This is an area we'd especially like some feedback on.
