See Calendars how TZ Sees it

It would be nice if there was a way to test availability from the admin panel and see how TimeZest sees each persons availability/calendar views for a selected day.

Scheduling URL showing in Pod

Is it possible that rather than viewing the scheduling URL before we send a TZ to a client in CWM, once we select the user/team and appointment type, is it possible to see that Scheduling URL snapshot in CWM without actually going to the link. We don't normally use the preview of the URL before we send a TZ, but had a client unhappy and to simplify, this was an idea our leadership team thought of.

Travis, why was the client unhappy? I can't tie their dissatisfaction to your need of this snapshot. Can you help me understand?

Jason Casuga In this case, we didn't open the schedule link ahead of time, as we normally don't and the tech working with him wasn't available for 7 days, which was not ok with him. We then manually scheduled him by moving a non-client facing ticket for the following day. We just thought if we could see a snapshot view of calendars without going through and pulling up the link before sending it out, we could head off some disatifaction before it became an issue. Sort of a "we select this team and snapshot shows closest appointment is 4 days out so what can we move the get it a little closer for the client and their needs. It's more of an instant look rather than a click here, click there, paste here, paste there and look to make things just a bit quicker.

Travis Hoing: May I schedule a call to talk to you about this? I'm interested to hear more. You can use my scheduling request if you're up to chat and maybe find some solutions: https://365.timezest.com/jcasuga/product-feedback-30

Jason Casuga Absolutely. I invited one of my other team as well as she sends out most of our TZ links to our clients.

Confirmed it's on my calendar. Talk soon!!

This is definitely on our roadmap - we currently have an internal tool that does this, and are planning to polish it up and make it available in the web interface at some stage, so that dispatchers can see how TimeZest is scheduling.

Yes! That would be ideal - or even better, just have an indicator when scheduling in the pod if certain contacts have availability or not rather than make the scheduler click to check multiple possible resources.

Nice idea to have a quick look rather than going to their schedule. Maybe have that button show "next available" so you can see if it is weeks or days out and if you need to give to someone else.

Josh Campbell: that's why we use Teams for some appointment types, though not sure that helps if there just happnes to be no avail

Would also bee nice if it looked at O365 too for personal items and multi day events like vacations.
