Add Workflow option for when appointments are scheduled during particular time slots

It'd be great if we could send a message whenever our clients schedule an appointment at midnight, since most intended to schedule for noon instead.
Something along the lines of "Thank you for scheduling with our 3rd shift team! [Engineer] will give you a call at midnight on [date]. If you'd like to reschedule, (instructions here)." You get the idea.
Currently the workflow rules don't support auto replies based on the time of the appointment.
