Admins should see all TZ appointment details in Calendar HQ by Default
Admins should be able to see all TZ scheduled event details, even if they can’t see details of other M365 events without the user opting in. As an admin, Calendar HQ doesn’t do much for me if I can’t get visibility on scheduled appointments. For instance, if I have a resource unexpectedly out of office, I should be able to view any TZ appointments (with details) in Calendar HQ by default so I can reschedule or reassign.

Add Color-coding by Source
Currently all items in the CalendarHQ view show the same color and it is not clear without opening them which calendar they are coming from. Suggest adding colors to designate if from CWM, Exchange, Booked by TimeZest, etc.

Allow client to reschedule with original tech
We are currently using a team scheduling that does round-robin for a client to pick a time. If the client goes to reschedule we would like to have an option to reschedule with the tech that they were previously scheduled with.
