Admins should see all TZ appointment details in Calendar HQ by Default

Admins should be able to see all TZ scheduled event details, even if they can’t see details of other M365 events without the user opting in. As an admin, Calendar HQ doesn’t do much for me if I can’t get visibility on scheduled appointments. For instance, if I have a resource unexpectedly out of office, I should be able to view any TZ appointments (with details) in Calendar HQ by default so I can reschedule or reassign.

Cameron Brister: I'm not really following this one. You want to see a user's calendar availability including their TimeZest-scheduled appointments in case they call out and you need to reschedule them? If so, you can do that already. Can you give more detail and what you cannot do today?

Jason Casuga sorry, I should have been more clear. TZ appointments show up as "Private Appointment" in Calendar HQ unless the TZ user disables "Set as Private Appointments". As an admin, I should be able to see the details of any TZ scheduled appointment without having to have each TZ user grant permission. See attached for example.

Cameron Brister: We did this intentionally because we didn't want Owners/CEOs or higher level appointments exposed to other users if other TimeZest Administrators were able to make their calendars not private. That includes TimeZest-scheduled appointments because some of those appointments can be private as well. Do you find yourself having to get your team toggle the Private Appointments option off and on often or was it just one time to have each one enable it?

Jason Casuga I can see both sides here, and I think both have their merits. In my case, I am the Owner / CEO and sole TZ admin, so it's a bit annoying that I have to ask a team member to manually enable it. On the flip side, what you're saying is logical when in use at a larger organization. Perhaps the best of both worlds could be achieved - either by slightly expanding the existing RBAC permissions within Calendar HQ or adding an account level preference to allow TZ admins to view TZ appointments in Calendar HQ?
