Would like to be able to use slack to schedule out as well. Something like:

/tz 74641

that is /tz [ticket number]

Then a drop down appears, asking for a function (create new | delete | etc..), then another to select a name, then another asking for a time, then another to submit.

We've been using slack for everything else. We can create tickets, view tickets, assign resources, add time. Literally everything. (using mspIC). The only thing my staff has been saying that they have to go into connectwise for, is timezest.
