The TZ Dasboard page only shows new schedule requests, why not have it show all activty, including reschedules and cancellations. Had an issue today where an appointment "disappeared" from a tech's schedule. Because it was gone, we didn't know if it was removed by accident or what.

And no one could remember what client it was for. It took almost 30 minutes to open each ticket and check the internal notes to finally find the one that was scheduled for that specific date/time and confirm the client had rescheduled the appointment.

Instead of using the CSV and manually filtering the data it would be nice to be able to filter the dashboard by resource or appointment type. We record weekly metrics of which techs have booked the most appointments so it would make that easier.

It would be helpful if there was a way to search for scheduled appointments rather than having to manually review each page for the whole company.

Include a Filter option on the Users page (https://app.timezest.com/settings/users) to allow filtering by Administrators vs Users.

On the Users page, it would be nice to be able to sort or search by Active vs Inactive Users

It would be most ideal for each user to see only THEIR meeting links (what's been scheduled, what's been sent, what's been scheduled). Currently everyone, no matter of account type, can see every users scheduled links and they aren't able to filter themselves out. The dashboard could be more beneficial by adding a filter feature or a 'My Links' dashboard.
