Schedule multiple Contacts at the same time

While I appreciate that we can schedule other contacts (Add multiple contacts via pod and send each contact and separate invitation for appointment), adding them and creating the parameters for each needs to be setup separately. It would be nice to be able to set the parameters and add multiple "other" contacts on the one line. Like separated by semicolon. I had a ticket today when 21 people needed to have the same meeting with a tech, but one at a time.

I would have to strongly agree with this request. As a workaround - at least - if the behavior of the TZ pod in CW could be adjusted (or toggled) so that at least the various settings like Resources, Appointment Type and any Additional Options other than "different contact" would stay after creating the TZ, would make this 75% less painful.

Could also have one person responds to finalise or all people respond to finalise
