URL Scheduling for entire Team/Group

Allow clients to schedule a meeting (appointment) with all users in a Team. The client would only be presented with time slots in which ALL users in a Team are available, once the appointment has been scheduled, all users in the specified Team would receive the same meeting invite.
This would be particularly useful with URL scheduling to avoid needing to edit and add each individual user's slug to the URL. There are many instances where we need 4-5 employees on a Microsoft Teams call with a client.

I also like and support this idea. We have certain dedicated teams for clients. While we are setup like a POD design, I would think this design would fit perfectly for a POD design, but also for dedicated teams (hybrid POD).

I feel like this is already an option if a "team" is setup in Timezest and that link is sent?

Chris Pegrum Team config just allows you to choose the distribution of appointments, but it always selects one user from the team group.

Option to select a booking with all team members for an activity

At the moment, only panel-based scheduling from a ticket is configured to select all members of a team. Could you look into an option to schedule all team members for a shareable URL in addition to round-robin and max availability
Jason Langenauer
This is something we can definitely consider - because of the way teams have already been designed, we'd have to implement it as a new scheduling algorithm, which means basically that a team would have to be defined as "schedule of the members" or "schedule all of the members" ahead of time, and it couldn't be done situationally - e.g. with the URL slug example that Jack gave, there's no way to tell TimeZest in the URL that that team should have all members scheduled instead of one.

Jason Langenauer: That’s exactly what I was think. It seems like if you already have a case or if for algorithm, you could just have a 3rd for “panel”, look up the members as you currently do, then call whether function that already exists for panel scheduling.

Sorry, can you explain?

Rob Calvert: Instead of having to put multiple individuals in the URL to use panel scheduling, "Panel" should be a scheduling option under Teams in addition to Round-Robin and Max Availability. This way, you could use something like /human-resources/interview to schedule the entire HR team.

Jack Musick: Got it. Sounds good. Got my vote.
