Outlook Plug-in (Schedule on Demand)

It would be really handy to have an Outlook plug-in whereby you can create a dynamic link based on a set of variables. For instance, if I wanted to schedule a call for X many days in advance, for an X time, with X time buffer. That would be useful!

This is already available via Personal and Teams pages.

+1 for this, would be useful for our account managers, company owners, and people who want to setup a meeting via connectwise ticket but work out of email a lot.

+1 for this:
I'd love to see an outlook add-in that is very similar to the CW-Mange Service Ticket 'pod', but ultimately generates a link that is added to the message.

Would you see this as being for making an appointment in CWM, or for TimeZest to create an appointment in the Outlook calendar?

Jason Langenauer: i see this as creating an activity or ticket based on the schedule type. But having the flexibility to have types to just schedule on your outlook calendar would be useful too.

Jason Langenauer: It would be great to have the option, from the plug-in, to select what type of call and for that to make the Ticket and Schedule entry in CWM, which would then pull through to the Exchange calendar. One day I am hoping you guys can schedule Activities from Oppotunities, etc.

Luke Mead: So something like the URL-generator we have in the TimeZest UI, but in an Outlook plugin?
Activity scheduling from opportunities is something we really want to do, but until ConnectWise update the Opportunities screen to allow pods to be displayed, there's no easy way for us to do it.

Jason Langenauer: You've got it- hit the nail on the head.

This would be helpful, but just a link to a member that then shows all of their available appointment types would work as well.
