I really like the new feature in the timezest autotask integration that allows creating an appointment in the same window of the ticket instead of having to open the URL in a separate window to see the schedule calendar. However, it does not allow for changing the time duration on any of the different appointment types. Since certain work in service calls (in-person appointments) takes several hours having the adjustable time feature in the old integration has been perfect for dispatching and creating a service call with the correct hours without having to modify it in the calendar afterwards. It lets the client know how long an appointment will take and lets me see which technicians have availability accurately. I'd like to see that feature in the "Create an appointment" tab as well. I currently can't use it in dispatch in its current state.
