It would be useful to have a third dropdown menu in the Autotask widget for TimeZest allowing you to choose an appointment length. Right now you either have to create a separate appointment template for each amount of time you want (e.g. Remote Access 30min, Remote Access 1hr, ect.) or you have to use the option under additional options to set a custom time. I think it would be better to choose your appointment type then set the appointment length using another dropdown. Alternatively, just bringing the custom appointment length scheduling up from the additional options area to the main area would work as well.
