More descriptive descriptions for Service Calls in Autotask

Currently when the service call is scheduled it just adds the appointment name as the description for the service call. This is fine if you are in the ticket but if you are looking at your Service Calls as a whole it is hard to tell what Service Call is for what ticket. Is it possible to have the Service Call description include a ticket title?

The appointment type, when converted to Workflow mode, allows you to adjust the Description of the service call including the ticket's title.
