Hard Buffer Times
complete
Jason Langenauer
At the moment, when a buffer time is configured, TimeZest ensures that there is that amount of free time before or after the appointment when it is scheduled. But there's nothing which enforces the buffer times are kept free, and sometimes other appointments can be made in the buffer.
TimeZest should have the option to create additional schedule entries for the buffer periods to ensure they are blocked off in the calendar.

The below limitation should be removed...and the buffer time should be added to the calendar as well as the appointment itself. We could also define what the buffer is for example, onsites could have "travel" and remotes could have something like "documentation". The current limitation... limits the practically of the buffer time.
"There is a limitation with buffer times: we can't enforce them on other appointments made in your PSA calendar, so it's possible that some other appointment, or even another TimeZest-made appointment might encroach on the buffer time. We only check that the buffer times are respected at the time a client creates an appointment."

Please implement this! It's not a "buffer" if someone can schedule over it! It may as well not be an option in the appointment type. It also shouldn't matter if the neighboring appts were created in TZ, Outlook, PSA, etc. I am now desperately adding buffers to everything in my calendar and I'm missing appointments because there isn't even enough time for travel between on-site visits. This is not an improvement to my life...

Super hard upvote for this. I need it to work like Calendly does for proper dispatch and not overburdening my team with back to back meetings.
