Enable URL based scheduling to be used for ad-hoc contacts.

Currently using the url based scheduling and sending an invite goes to the ticket contact (or another contact for the client can be chosen). However it would be very useful to be able to send the invites to an ad-hoc email address.
Use case scenario is to send an invite to a vendor sales/support to allow them to book time against an already existing ticket (that a user might have created) but we need to schedule a meeting with the vendor and the vendors email is not a contact (nor do we want it to be)
