Email alert when appointment is rescheduled

In situations where a client reschedules an appointment and it is rescheduled from Tech #1 to Tech #2, it would be great to have an email notification sent to Tech #1 that it's been rescheduled/they're no scheduled at that time.

This is my biggest thing right now! Having this would be so helpful. I'm trying to figure out a way to do it in the workflow but because you can't reorganize the steps and they automatically order themselves, I think it's impossible.
Please please please add this feature!
