When using shareable links, the only indication of the "request" is the name of the appt type. Having a text area to allow them to state the type of request, additional information, etc would help not going into a call blindly.

This would be immensely beneficial! We utilize the shareable links to execute repeatable appointments, however each appt has a product with specific information that needs recorded and to do so in the appointment scheduler would be the most efficient solution!
