Currently if a user asks to be called at a particular number, this gets added to a note on the ticket. However, the notes are truncated in the Service Call. Instead, the details of what number to call should be added to the service call description in order to call the correct number. Currently the description is set as the name of the type of appointment set in timezest.
Several times I have called the wrong number because I haven't gone to find the ticket note.
