Always Create Service Ticket Option

We want an option that tells TimeZest to always create a service ticket in the PSA, even if the scheduled user's default/primary calendar is set to 365. We run into calendar sync issues between 365 and our PSA and prefer to write the appointments in 365 for that reason, but we still want a ticket to be created in our PSA no matter what.

To elaborate. If the appointment type workflow says "make a ticket" then it should always make a ticket, and assign the resource. period. If I individually select M365 as the main calendar to find availability (because we all know how poorly CW calendar works) then events should only be created on my calendar for appointment types that do not interact with CW (teams meetings, or just plain events). selection of which calendar to read from should never override admin-configured
setting.
