We love the idea of the TimeZest Team option, but can't have every single tech on the team tied up with a scheduled call. We need TimeZest to be contextually aware of the entire teams schedule and block availability once a certain number of team members are scheduled for a time block.

Just commenting to bump this. We need to have members of the team available to take calls, so something akin to 'max concurrent appointments' or 'minimum free/unscheduled agents' would be ideal.
Currently the only way this can be done is by taking one agent out of the pool, meaning they will be the only ones not taking appointments. It would be great for this to be done dynamically.
