Currently, buffer time inherits the description of the actual appointment and the same PSA options of location and activity type as the actual appointment.

The only thing that currently makes the buffer time look different is in the description of it where it says its "buffer time".

We need to be able to set a different description on the buffer time and set custom PSA options for the buffer time entries.

For me, in CWM, I want buffer time to show a description of "Buffer Time" or "Travel To" and "Travel From" with an Activity Type of "Travel" and a Where of "Travel".
