Allow Assignment of Resource Priority When Creating Teams

When creating a team within TimeZest and selecting Maximum Availability, allow us to set up priorities for each resource that gets assigned to the ticket. For instance, if I have a team of 3 people, allow me to specify Tim as P1, Eric as P2, and Paul as P3 and when the client selects a time slot where all three members are available, it schedules it to the highest priority resource first.

Be able to assign an appointment to an agent based on an ordering queue.
Team 1
1rst option: Steven
2nd option: David
3rd option: Larry
Team 2:
1rst option: John
2nd option: Ralph
3rd option: Steven
We have teams that have 'primary techs' per client. We'd like the primary tech to get the appointment if they are free, but then the reserves get the appointment if the primary is booked or off shift.
