Add internal note in PSA ticket when reminder emails are sent

We use ConnectWise PSA. The same way an internal note is added to the ticket when an invitation is sent, please add an internal note to the ticket when a reminder email is sent.

I believe this is already possible. We have an internal note added in CW PSA when a reminder email is sent to the client and when a teams message is sent to our resource to remind them of the upcoming appointment.
