Feature Requests

Currently all items in the CalendarHQ view show the same color and it is not clear without opening them which calendar they are coming from. Suggest adding colors to designate if from CWM, Exchange, Booked by TimeZest, etc.

Sometimes we are in [verbal/email] communication with the customer and they ask us to change the meeting time for them. It would be nice to be able to do this from the CW Pod and right now the only option we have is to cancel and then send a new scheduling request. For our techs to be able to manually change the meeting time would be fantastic. Maybe just add an additional button in the Cancel dialogue to Change.

It's sometimes necessary to assign a scheduled appointment to a different tech, for example because the tech is sick on the day. TimeZest should allow dispatchers to reassign an appointment to another resource (free at the same time), and notify the customer of the change (including updated video call URLs etc).

It would be great to be able to see a full calendar of all scheduled appointments within a single view within TimeZest. Include filter options for All, Team, User, etc.
